This 9600+ square foot former manufacturing floor is being transformed to a Big Box suitable for most production needs or special events. The Box offers 120 feet by 80 feet of free-span space. It is 24 feet to the grid and another  12 feet  to the ceiling.  The facility has three-phase power. There are three floor trenches for electric lines.

The Box can be accessed through a 20 foot wide holding area that runs the length and offers two loading docks and a 22 foot high drive-thru overhead door. The Box can also be viewed from a second-level mezzanine, which is an additional 10,000 square feet and offers flexible support space for crew and cast.
